Info for Sawansa Luxury Villas

Welcome to Sawan Sa. We are looking forward to host you and will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

  • Airport transfer: We can arrange. We need to know day before
    We need your flight details to arrange pickup and driver will wait in airport with a sign with your name.
    Price 1500 baht/van/way (up to 8 persons + luggage)
  • Van with Driver for sightseeing: Contact us for booking (minimum 4 hours before). Price approx 500 baht/hour
  • Transport to activities / daytrips is NORMALLY INCLUDED in the price = no need to book separately.
  • Taxi: Use GRAB / BOLT / INDRIVE mobile app to order pickup from the house.
    Or walk down to main road and wave down a taxi or tuktuk.
    Tuk tuk: Does not use meter. Flat Rate for the ride inside Patong is 200 baht in daytime and 3-400 baht night time.
  • Renting cars: We can assist. Expect prices from 1200 baht/day for a small car. You need a valid Thai or International Driving License.
  • Renting motorcycles: We strongly advise you against renting motorcycles because Traffic is crazy and there are thousands of accidents and dozens of road deaths in Phuket every year. Should you want to rent anyway, expect around 500 baht/day/bike.
    Also: If you do not have an international drivers license for motorcycle, you WILL get stopped and fined every day, and no insurance will cover anything.

  • Cleaning. Normally performed in the afternoon.
    • Staff will ring doorbell before entering. If you dont want cleaning one day (or one room), please let us know.
    • Light cleaning and change of towels and bedlinen as needed (or requested).
    • We do not clean after your cooking = you must clean pots/pans.
    • Staff work from 8 am to 6 pm, so no service outside these hours.
    • Maid service is included every 3rd day during your stay.
    • Maid service is included daily during your stay.
  • Bottled drinking water
    • Two bottles per person per day
  • Coffee / tea
    • Fully automatic espresso coffee machine in kitchen.
    • Coffee pods next to machine is included. We can provide more pods for a fee (30 baht/each) or your can buy your own in the supermarket (Nespresso type).
    • Staff will refill beans and water during cleaning
    • Electric kettle and instant coffee/tea in every room
  • Netflix, Youtube Premium on all TVs.
  • End Cleaning at check-out

All extras are settled with us in cash (THB or USD) or via credit card (extra 5% processing fee) before check-out.

  • Laundry service: Wash+dry+iron – 150 baht/kg.
    • Turnaround 24 hours.
    • Put laundry basket on bed or ourside your room for maid to pick-up during daily maid service.

  • Extra change of bedlinnen: Rent includes change during cleaning. Extra changes are 300 baht/bed/change.
  • Minibar
    • Everything that has a price sticker is minibar.
    • You get receipts after cleaning and just settle before checkout (cash or with 5% fee credit card)
  • Food delivery
    • you order yourself via the mobile GRAB App.
    • Expect 30-60 min delivery time.
    • Delivery fee is low (30-50 baht)
